I understand this is a local delivery service, normally limited to 30 road miles from NP26 near Magor. The first 10 miles are included; from 10 to 30 miles, one £2 charge for each extra mile covers delivery and collection together. We do not offer nationwide delivery, and the spot needs firm, reasonably level ground with safe access for a car and trailer. I understand a £75 booking deposit secures the date and comes off the hire price, and a £500 security hold (a card pre-authorisation, not a charge) is taken at delivery and released after collection. I understand the sauna may only be used at the agreed private or permissioned location, must not be moved during the hire, that the fitted security devices (hitch lock and wheel clamp) stay in place throughout, and that it is not for public events or commercial use. I will read the safety guidance and make sure everyone who uses the sauna during my hire is briefed on it and agrees to it. I take responsibility for all users in my group, including anyone under 16. I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation policy: cancel 14 or more days before delivery for a full refund or free reschedule; less than 14 days before delivery, the £75 booking deposit is not refunded but can be moved to another available date.

Sending a booking request doesn't cost anything and doesn't commit you. We check your dates, delivery distance and the spot you have in mind - if everything fits, we'll send you a secure payment link for the £75 booking deposit, which comes off your hire price. Your date is confirmed the moment the deposit is paid.

If everything fits, we send a secure payment link for the £75 booking deposit - your date is confirmed once it is paid.
We agree the delivery time, then bring the sauna, set it up and collect it at the end.

Prices include one batch of firewood for one sauna session, and a 15% discount applies to weekday (Mon-Thu) hires. Extra wood is not included and can be quoted or agreed before delivery. Cancel 14 or more days before delivery for a full refund; less than 14 days before delivery, the booking deposit can be moved to another available date instead.
