How the hire works

The process is designed to be calm and practical: we check the essentials first, confirm the booking, then complete a clear handover before you tow away.

Send your enquiry

Tell us your dates, vehicle, towing experience and where the sauna will be used.

Confirm suitability

We check age, towing setup, cover and location before confirming availability.

Collect from NP26

Bring your vehicle, documents and payment/deposit details for handover.

Return after hire

Bring the sauna back at the agreed time, clean, secure and ready for return checks.

Suitability Gate

Before you book, please check these essentials

Self-hire keeps the sauna private and flexible, but it does mean the renter must be comfortable towing and able to meet the collection requirements.

Collect from NP26This is customer collection and return. Exact pickup details are shared once the booking is agreed.

Driver aged 25+The collecting driver must be at least 25 and hold the appropriate full licence.

Prior towing experienceYou must already be comfortable towing, reversing and manoeuvring a small trailer.

Suitable towbar and vehicleYour vehicle must have a suitable towbar and be able to tow an unbraked 750kg MAM trailer.

Towing cover or provider optionPlease bring proof of towing cover for a hired trailer, or use the insurance option arranged through our provider.

Private or permissioned locationThe sauna must be used only at the agreed private location, or somewhere you have explicit permission to place and use it.
