Who we are

- Enquiry details: name, email address, phone number, postcode, preferred dates, hire length and notes you choose to share.
- Vehicle and towing details: vehicle make/model, registration if provided, towbar status, age confirmation, prior towing experience, towing-limit evidence, gross train weight or manufacturer-plate evidence where provided, towing suitability and insurance/towing confirmation.
- Verification and permission records: identity evidence, driving licence details or categories, address evidence, approved driver records, agreed use location, campsite or holiday-let permission evidence, signatures, declarations and safety acknowledgements where needed for a booking.
- Booking records: payment status, hire agreement, deposit or pre-authorisation records, handover notes, return notes, condition photos and rejection or failed-handover records where needed.
- Communications: messages you send by email, phone or via our enquiry form.
- Technical data: standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and check availability.
- To assess whether the booking can proceed safely, including driver, vehicle, towbar and paperwork checks.

How long we keep it
Booking and accounting records are usually kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and business record requirements. Enquiry records that do not become bookings are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and business administration.
